Il y a des choses qui ne sont pas explicables lors de notre passage sur cette terre ainsi que ton départ qui a été beaucoup trop brusque et difficile à comprendre. Je garde avec moi des souvenirs merveilleux du court, beaucoup trop court, temps que j'ai passé en ta compagnie. Ton talent me faisait vibrer. Tu es, tu as été et tu sera pour toujours dans mon coeur. Veille sur nous tous.

I've been on this site for the past 4 days and I stil don't know what to say. I'm so sorry Claude and Monique. Fred was one remarkable kid and I'm glad I had a chance to know him. Claude you were the main reason I even started to coach and it was because of your upstanding character and the fine job you did as a father that I started at Keller. I can stil remember the many Friday nights we Canadians(french and english) and honorary ones like Bosworth...would get together and have some of the best times I've ever had playing hockey. I really mean that. And Fred was a huge part of that to me. He was like his father a very gifted hockey player with un-coachable characteristics like vision and playmaking ability. Fred was a very unselfish player and for his age at that time it was very refreshing for me to see. A kid that would do anything you wanted him to do..like his myspace page says"grinder". He is going to be missed. Please call if you need anything.

Fred and I met at an awkward time in our lives. We were both young teenagers slowly growing into the molds of our characters. He gave me butterflies every time I saw him. Eventhough the time we spent together was full of mixed emotions, Fred was overflowing with colorful qualities, I'd like to note, that were consistent from day one: He was overwhelmingly artistic, a promising musician, an entertaining hockey player and all-round athlete, a jokster, and a hopeless romantic.
Claude, Monique, Mik, and Steph, I am so very sorry for your loss. Although it may seem untimely, Fred lived all that he was supposed to live according to our Father in Heaven. I sincerely believe that. I am blessed to have spent the time with Fred that I did. For the past couple of years I have had the notion that he and I will reunite. Perhaps I will be waiting for that day a bit longer than I thought. But it will come. Please know that I and my family are here for each of you if you need anything at all. God bless you in your time of need. You are all in my prayers.
